Mascon HQ and warehouse is located in Woburn, Massachusetts, allowing us to provide domestic warehousing solutions to our customers based on their requirements. This enables our customers to plan for best cost sourcing with just-in-time shipments planning which was invaluable during the COVID-19 pandemic.
JUST-IN-TIME (JIT) INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Just-in-time inventory management ensures that the customer receives inventory as and when needed versus storing large quantities. Here at Mascon, we have the capability to store your inventory and deliver it to you when you need it. This helps our customers to achieve high-volume production with minimal inventory on hand and eliminate waste.
3RD PARTY LOGISTICS (3PL) WAREHOUSING
We also utilize 3rd party logistics warehousing where we work with 3rd party warehouses to store our customers’ inventory. This means that our customers can receive their inventory as and when they need it, more efficiently. We currently have arrangements for 3rd party warehouses in Canada and California along with our own warehouse in Woburn, Massachusetts.
